Service flow of written translation 一． Customer may propose its requirement for translation via telephone or email.Content include:language type, document style,working load,finishing time,etc. 二． Secondly. We provide translation plan and quotation. Answer enquiry from the customers and meet the need of our customers.Offer translation plan and quotation for customer’s reference and selection. 三．Thirdly. Confirm intention of cooperation. Both sides should consult in terms of content and detailed requirement via face-to-face discussion,talk via telephone or email and produce the detail of contract.After confirmation of both party,Two party should sign the formal translation contact. 四．Fourly. Translation preparation: Customer should pay the deposit and provide us with translation document(electronic document).We will start working and form a translation group according to different model of translation job. 五．Fifthly. Customer approval: Approval of translation job includes accuracy and effectiveness of translation document,Correctness of content.After passing the approval,customer sign the confirmation of approval. 六．Sixly. Finish of the translation job Customer pays the balance as per the contract stipulated. When we received the balance,we will send all translation document(including printing version,electronic version ,each one) and thus the whole translation job finished. service flow of Interpretation 一．Firstly, Customer express the demand for interpretation Customer express basic requirement of interpretation, including content of interpretation,mode of interpretation as well as working day,and so on. 二．Secondly. We provide " translation plan and quotion": Answer the enquiry from the customer and know the need of customer,Arrange interpreter to talk with customer face-to-face . Also provide translation plan and quotaton for customer’s reference and selection. 三．Thirdly.Confirm intention of cooperation Both parties should talk face-to-face or via telephone or email.Negotiate according to content of translation job and detailed requirement and then produce the details of contract.After approval of both parties,Both parties should sign formal translation contract. 四．Fourthly. Translation preparation: Customer pays deposit and provides relative translation information (electronic document).We arrange interpreter and start cooperation. 五．Fifthly. Customer communication: Communication content includes satisfaction of translator and adjustment of time for translation. 六．Sixly. Finish of translation job. Balance is settled according to contact stipulated.We issued the receipt after receiving the balance from our customers and translation job is finished.
